Browsing Google Play Books free resources, I've realised that there are many historical books available in here, and I've started digging deeper. As I'm Pole and there is not many books in Polish language, I was quite impressed by the fact there are so many Polish historical books in the form of the museal originals scanned and available comfortably on mobile devices and computers for free. I suppose that if it is available so easily that you don't even have to search for it to find it. So in such way I have found the original political essays of Hugo Kołłątaj, Seweryn Rzewiński, and I am almost sure that those aren't even the most spectacular resources available in the service. It seems that we can suppose that this evenement of spectacularly increased avaibility of the resources, additionally in a popular enough to increase the spectacularity of the fact may cause an interest boom of amateur historians. We are living in times in which there is no more need to get access to some museums' resources to be a historian, and the amateur historians aren't just uneducated for being a historian, which are getting access to some museum's resources and getting interested in them, following their interest as a hobby, not for money, aside of and ordinary, daily order of work and home. Aditionally - coming back to the main topic - we are heading onto the new age, in which just-founded artefacts will be scanned on the molecular level, allowing thousands of people do their research on their own, for free, and with results which would be unavailable ever before.
